CONTIPARK expands portfolio in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

On June 1, 2018, CONTIPARK took over a new parking property in the center of the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The "DomCenter" underground car park has 240 parking spaces on two levels, which can be reached via the gateway at Friedrich-Löffler-Straße 38. In addition to convenient round-the-clock opening, the garage also offers its users unbeatably low rates. Parking is only one euro per hour, a day ticket is already available for 2.50 euros.

The underground car park "DomCenter" is situated at the shopping centre of the same name and is located directly on "Lange Straße", the main shopping street in Greifswald. This means that it is only a few minutes' walk from the old town and the museum harbour.

The old Dompassage, which has since become the DomCenter, has been renovated over the past eight months for around ten million euros. The result is a modern, openly designed shopping complex with many attractive shops.

The associated underground car park is also currently being modernised. Among other things, painting and marking work is carried out as well as the installation of new equipment. This allows drivers to make cashless payments or use the P Card, for example. The lighting will also be converted to energy-saving LED technology soon. All work is carried out during operation.
