Four more Contipark parking facilities ESPA-certified

The European Parking Association (EPA) has again awarded Contipark parking facilities the coveted European Parking Standard Award (ESPA).

The annual awards went to the underground car park “Semperoper” in Dresden, the multi-storey car parks “Forum Landsberger Allee” in Berlin, “Bahnhof Lahnstraße” in Gießen and “Galerie Wiener Platz” in Cologne.

The seal of quality certifies the excellent parking facilities, special parking comfort, high security quality and service orientation. The parking spaces, for example, make it easy for drivers to park and unpark their cars. A friendly lighting concept, good signage and a special colour concept guarantee customers good orientation and easy access to the parking spaces. All Contipark multi-storey car parks are also connected to the company’s own Customer Service Centre: 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, our customers can count on immediate assistance around the clock.

The aim of the EPA is to create an additional incentive for car park operators to further improve the quality of their services and provide customers with a safe and comfortable parking experience.

The two Contipark underground car parks “Schildergasse” in Cologne and “RheinMain CongressCenter” in Wiesbaden had already been awarded prizes by the EPA in February. Both parking facilities received the European Parking Standard Award (ESPA) in gold for their exceptional service quality.
