New car park in Wiesbaden

The Contipark group extends its presence in Wiesbaden and acquires the car park “Kurhaus” through a majoritarian take-over of the holding company.

The long-time trustful cooperation with the Group Strabag/Züblin, in whose portfolio the holding company has been, allowed a smooth transaction.

With the corporate takeover of January 1st 2011 there is now a reference object in Wiesbaden in the portfolio of Contipark. The sustainable substance of the company, which is extended by the acquisition of property objects, long-term heritable lease contracts or corporate takeovers, has been further strengthened with this transaction.

The operation of the car park will start on June 1st 2011 by the Contipark Parkgaragen GmbH.

The car park “Kurhaus” is located within very attractive surroundings by the Wilhelmstraße, which is directly bordered on the pedestrian zone. The visitors will find an awarded “customer friendly car park” with 24/7 opening hours and more than 450 underground as well as 70 outside parking spaces.

In addition it offers its visitors high security standards, 24/7 video control, direct access to the Kurhaus and the Casino as well as exits to the Staatstheater and the Wilhelmstraße.
