A recent example of sustainable and innovative solutions in the parking management is the car park "Alte Wallgasse" in Cologne. It is located directly at Friesenplatz in an absolutely prime location.
For the future residents a new separate staircase is built with two elevators. The top floor of the car park is reserved exclusively for them. In addition to a representative metal facade the object underlines its premium character also by the high quality features and a sophisticated "designed" and a green courtyard, partly with trees at 14 meters height.
The over 50-year-old building with 450 parking spaces has already been in the possession of the CONTIPARK business group since 1991. In recent years, however, it was no longer operating at full capacity. Thus CONTIPARK decided together with the project partners METROPOLITAN Real Estate Group and the WVM Immobilien + Projektentwicklung GmbH this extraordinary car park project.
