CONTIPARK has again won a prestigious parking property in a prime location with the underground car park of the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC). In a Europe-wide competition CONITPARK prevailed and takes over the operation of the in-house parking garage with 800 parking spaces.
"The overall concept of CONTIPARK for the parking garage in the RMCC convinced the awarding committee. Overall, the company has made the best offer in terms of terms of lease, signage, technology, service and security." sums up TriWiCon spokesman Martin Michel. The presented concept "fits in perfectly with a house that wants to present itself as one of the most modern congress and event venues on the market," so Detlev Bendel, responsible for Economic Affairs.
The multi-storey car park will be open 24 hours a day for all customers - from convention visitors to tourists and especially for the population of Wiesbaden. CONTIPARK offers variable tariffs for short-term parkers, congress participants or long-term parkers. For events, QR code vouchers are also available, which allows the parking for lower rates. "A clear plus for event organizers who want to offer their customers the perfect service," explains Michel. Congress and event visitors can conveniently book their spaces in advance online and access the underground car park via their own access lane. The above-average wide parking spaces (2.52 meters) convince and reflect the high standard of comfort of the house.
For the operation of the new parking garage in the RMCC CONTIPARK consistently focuses on innovative and functional solutions. So the entire system will be equipped with the latest LED technology. A dynamic signage leads the users to the free parking spaces. The single-user registration shows free, occupied and special parking spaces. 8 parking spaces are equipped with charging stations.
The use of local staff and a 24-hour hotline round off the service package for customers. In addition, there are cash machine systems that allow any form of payment. Whether in cash, in combination with cards or cashless. With Contipark's own "P-Card", the customer will be able to conveniently use the underground car park ticketless and cashless in the future.
