CONTIPARK takes over parking facility in Frankfurt Nordend

On 29 December 2020, the Berlin parking operator CONTIPARK took over the “Turm-Center” car park in Frankfurt’s Nordend district. The property is part of the fully let office complex of the same name on Eschersheimer Landstraße.

From now on, CONTIPARK will manage 402 car parking spaces on seven levels – one basement level and six above-ground parking levels – as part of a long-term lease agreement. The garage also offers around 50 bicycle parking spaces on its ground floor. The entrance to the property is located at Querstraße 7-9. It is open around the clock and offers its users favourable rates. For example, an hour’s parking costs 1.50 euros, and a day ticket is available for as little as 6.00 euros. The introduction of the P Card, the company’s own customer card, is planned for the coming weeks. Users of the P Card can enter and exit the car park contactless, make cashless payments and benefit from favourable special rates in many CONTIPARK garages.

The four pay stations accept both cash and a large number of cashless payment methods, including EC, credit card and NFC payments, for example via Apple Pay and Google Pay. The parking facility also offers the proven high CONTIPARK standard. This also includes the connection to the company’s Berlin Customer Service Centre. Its employees can be reached by customers on site at any time via call buttons on the parking facilities and can control the entire technology of the property remotely. In this way, they are able to provide quick and uncomplicated assistance for more than 95 percent of all customer enquiries.

The site in an attractive city centre location is within walking distance of several shopping streets as well as numerous restaurants and offices. Built in 1970 and opened in 1971, the Turm-Center was extensively revitalised in 2014.

CONTIPARK already operates nine parking facilities in Frankfurt am Main on behalf of DB BahnPark, the company’s joint venture with Deutsche Bahn.
